MEET THE TEAM

The Faces of Our Organization

JOSH CAMPBELL, JD

Executive Director

Josh Campbell has more than twenty years of experience building and managing grassroots campaigns and non-profit organizations. Josh has developed many successful diverse statewide coalitions within the energy, healthcare, environmental, conservation, labor community and social justice communities. Josh has worked with all levels of state government on a variety of legislative and regulatory issues. Josh’s experience demonstrates the capacity and interest in strategic planning and problem solving. Josh received his B.A from Saint Louis University in Political Science and Communications. Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri, Josh received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

Angela Gordon

PACE Program Manager

Angela Gordon, a PACE Program Manager, identifies and facilitates financing opportunities for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in Missouri-based commercial and industrial facilities through PACE programs implemented by the Missouri Energy Initiative (MEI).   Having worked in the electric, natural gas and water industries for more than 30 years, Angela’s areas of expertise encompass energy efficiency retrofits, renewable energy developments, energy transition initiatives and appropriations, and building codes/standards.  

Matthew Harding

Policy Coordinator

A recent graduate of the Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri. Matthew has experience working within government affairs and as a policy advocate. 

Originally from North Wales Matthew moved to the U.S in 2016 to study a B.A. in Political Science while competing collegially in track and field.

Ethan Touch, MA

Communications Coordinator

Ethan has been in the marketing field for over 20 years, starting way back when he collaborated with local individuals in the creative industry, assisting them in developing their brands and gaining visibility.

 

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous nonprofit organizations, aiding them in crafting effective marketing and communication strategies. 

Internship Opportunities

Public Policy & Economic Development Internship

Interns at Missouri Energy Initiative gain valuable skills, while working with MEI staff members on hands-on projects related to energy policy & economic development.
