Phil Marcum

In his role at Summit Utilities Phil has spent the last 12 years facilitating growth for the construction of natural gas projects in underserved communities where increased energy options were critical to economic development. While overseeing growth and growth strategy for Summit Natural Gas of Missouri and Colorado Natural Gas, Phil has been heavily engaged in development in Lake of the Ozarks, Lebanon, and Branson, MO, as well as Rollinsville, CO and other portions of eastern Colorado.

Phil sits on SUI’s executive team, participates in regulatory filings, and is routinely involved with government affairs and associated strategy pursued by the company.

Phil attended Lindenwood University in St. Charles and as well as Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield. He was born in Lebanon where he resides with his wife, Lindsey, who is an educator. The two enjoy spending time at their camp on Lake of the Ozarks and at home in Lebanon.
