Show Me PACE Clean Energy District
Show Me PACE (SMP) provides both commercial and residential PACE in communities across in Missouri. As the most active district in Missouri, with more than $67Million funded through 32 commercial PACE projects and $1.7Million funded through 110 residential PACE projects, Show Me PACE and MEI strive to deliver best practices and best services.
The guiding philosophy for the Show Me PACE Board is to provide a nonprofit, low-cost administration structure where property owners are not dis-incentivized by high board/administrator fees or unnecessarily complex structures. Additionally, the market must be open to all building owners, developers and finance providers that meet the board's standards. Show Me PACE works to promote community economic development and sustainability, bringing an alignment with the interests of mortgage lenders such that every PACE assessment requires mortgage lender consent and institutional-grade underwriting.

Show Me PACE's open-market commercial PACE program provides property owners and developers more than 20 capital providers that will compete to provide the best and most competitive PACE financing in Missouri. SMP is active in more than 73 communities and grows annually - so if you don't see your community participating, contact us, we'll get them on board.
