The St. Louis County Energy Savings Program (ESP) is the St. Louis County PACE program. MEI is the Open-Market Commercial PACE administrator for this program. The County ESP covers every city within the county, as well as the unincorporated areas of the county. Visit mo-esp.com for more details.

Commercial PACE

MEI provides the open-market commercial PACE program, which allows the property owner to select from multiple Clean Energy Development board (CEDB)-approved capital providers, which will bid on the projects.
